Rockin4Tabitha works through the Tabitha Foundation to help change the lives of the poorest of the poor Cambodian villagers from one of despair to one of self-reliance.  A village makes this transition because Tabitha "does it right", in a holistic and sustainable manner, all the while providing help while maintaining the dignity of the villagers.
